When you fill out an estimate form on this site, we receive what you typed into it: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), your city, the service you need, and whatever details you share about the project.

If you call or email instead, we have whatever you tell us on the phone or in your message. That's it — we don't ask for payment details through this website.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your request, quote the work, schedule it, and follow up about that job. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't add you to a marketing list because you asked for an estimate.

Who Else Sees It

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. This site is hosted on Vercel, and our fonts are served by Google Fonts — both of which receive standard technical request information such as your IP address, as any web host does.

If we're running website analytics, it's Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure aggregate traffic — how many people visited which pages. We use that to understand how the site is doing, not to identify you.

How Long We Keep It

We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them for the work, our business records, and any warranty on that work. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you and we will. Email or call us using the details below — no forms required.

Children

This is a plumbing website. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
